We are looking for a proactive and curious Python/ReactJS Full Stack Engineer , advanced in GenAI (especially building MCPs), autonomous in their work and capable of delivering high-quality solutions on time. This person needs to be excellent and transparent in communication and, overall, a great team contributor. Responsibilities Help to accelerate current MCP build out to support other top 4-5 LLMs Provide and implement strong technical solutions following world best practices and meeting established timelines Go through spikes if needed and find out most suitable options comparing them with each other Own solutions and their full lifecycle, including CI/CD and testing Support users (L2 incidents) during working hours Participate in all Scrum ceremonies aligning with the team Requirements 4+ years of production level experience in software engineering on an engineering/product team, preferably as a full-stack engineer at a startup Proficiency in Python (FastMCP) and ReactJS (50/50 split), with strong skills in HTTP API, Docker, and Kubernetes Familiarity with basic SQL and PostgreSQL Active GenAI usage in day-to-day work, ideally with agentic tools and systems Experience using large language models through code, such as model services from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Cohere, and/or open source models such as Llama and Mistral Background in building MCPs, with experience with MCP Inspector considered a strong plus Showcase of strong software engineering judgment Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
