Задачи: • Разработка и развитие backend-сервисов на Python • Проектирование и реализация микросервисов в Event-Driven архитектуре • Разработка высоконагруженных асинхронных сервисов с использованием AsyncIO • Интеграция сервисов через Kafka и Redis Pub/Sub • Работа с PostgreSQL и оптимизация взаимодействия с базой данных через SQLAlchemy • Проектирование REST API и внутренних сервисных интерфейсов • Написание unit- и интеграционных тестов, обеспечение качества собственного кода • Настройка и поддержка логирования, метрик и трассировки для мониторинга сервисов • Участие в проектировании архитектурных решений и проведении code review • Взаимодействие с аналитиками, DevOps и другими разработчиками при реализации функциональности • Оптимизация производительности, отказоустойчивости и масштабируемости сервисов
Требования: ✔️ Коммерческий опыт разработки на Python от 4 лет ✔️ Опыт разработки backend-сервисов на FastAPI или Litestar (Starlite) ✔️ Уверенное владение AsyncIO/concurrency/multiprocessing ✔️ Опыт работы с Kafka ✔️ Опыт использования Redis (желательно Redis Pub/Sub) ✔️ Уверенный опыт работы с PostgreSQL и SQLAlchemy ✔️ Понимание принципов наблюдаемости сервисов и опыт работы с логированием, метриками и трассировкой (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger и др.) ✔️ Практический опыт разработки микросервисов ✔️ Опыт работы с Docker, Git, CI/CD ✔️ Опыт работы с Event-Driven системами; преимуществом будет опыт их проектирования и разработки с нуля ✔️ Опыт самостоятельного тестирования собственного кода (pytest или аналогичные инструменты)

What you'll do
- Develop and evolve backend services in Python.
- Design and implement microservices in an Event-Driven architecture.
- Develop high-load asynchronous services using AsyncIO.
- Integrate services through Kafka and Redis Pub/Sub.
- Work with PostgreSQL and optimize database interaction through SQLAlchemy.
- Design REST APIs and internal service interfaces.
- Write unit and integration tests and ensure the quality of your own code.
- Set up and support logging, metrics, and tracing for service monitoring.
- Participate in designing architectural decisions and conducting code reviews.
- Collaborate with analysts, DevOps, and other developers when implementing functionality.
- Optimize performance, fault tolerance, and scalability of services.
What they require
- 4+ years of commercial Python development experience.
- Experience developing backend services with FastAPI or Litestar (Starlite).
- Strong command of AsyncIO/concurrency/multiprocessing.
- Experience with Kafka.
- Experience using Redis, preferably Redis Pub/Sub.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy.
- Understanding of service observability principles and experience with logging, metrics, and tracing, such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, and similar tools.
- Practical microservices development experience.
- Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
- Experience with Event-Driven systems; experience designing and developing them from scratch is an advantage.
- Experience independently testing your own code with pytest or similar tools.
- Preferred: Understanding of architectural approaches other than Event-Driven.
- Preferred: Experience designing service architecture from scratch.
- Preferred: Experience working in high-load distributed systems.
- Preferred: Experience using AI Coding Agents, such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, and similar tools.
