Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust backend services and supporting components
- Coordinate with team members to deliver reliable and high-performing software products
- Participate in code reviews and share feedback to keep code quality high
- Improve performance and address technical challenges when they arise
- Connect external APIs and third-party services to fulfill project needs
- Document and update technical specifications for new and existing capabilities
- Encourage use of best practices throughout design, development, and release
- Contribute to ongoing enhancements in team processes and technical growth
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in software development
- Strong expertise in Python for application development and ongoing support
- Experience with ReactJS to build user interfaces and connect to backend systems
- Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) for deploying and managing cloud applications
- Solid background in database design, maintenance, and optimization
- Proficiency in Git for source control and collaborative delivery
- Hands-on experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask
- Understanding of Python web server setup and deployment practices
- Awareness of security principles and their application in software projects
- Experience with user authentication and authorization implementation
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at B2+ level or higher
