About the Role Irth Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Irth EDO team. In this role, you will lead multiple customer projects from initiation through implementation and closure, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and according to agreed scope and customer expectations. You will serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, coordinating resources, managing timelines and deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused professional who is comfortable managing complex projects and navigating difficult or sensitive situations with professionalism and sound judgment. What You'll Do Lead and manage complex projects and programs to support successful customer implementation, deployment, and adoption of Irth's platform. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, budgets, resources, and success metrics. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop and execute mitigation and resolution plans. Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, changes, and progress clearly and consistently to customers and internal stakeholders. Serve as the primary liaison between Irth customers and internal teams to ensure effective communication, alignment, and project execution. Manage customer expectations and relationships throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. Coordinate cross-functional resources and proactively identify additional resources needed to address implementation needs and customer issues. Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs using appropriate project management and change-control practices. Ensure project deliverables, internal processes, SOPs, and client-facing documentation remain accurate, current, and aligned with company objectives. Provide timely, professional, and concise communication while following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Track project outcomes, including ROI and customer success metrics, and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, customer experience, and internal processes. Drive projects through successful completion, ensuring customer expectations and desired business outcomes are achieved. What We're Looking For Proven experience managing complex customer-facing projects or programs, preferably within a software, technology, SaaS, or enterprise environment. Strong project planning, organization, prioritization, and execution skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, executives, and cross-functional teams. Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and change requests. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly when managing challenging or sensitive situations. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer outcomes. Ability to build trust, establish accountability, and drive projects to successful completion. Requirements Skills & Experience Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience managing customer-facing software implementation projects, preferably within a Professional Services organization at a software or SaaS company. Proven experience partnering with external customers and cross-functional internal teams, including Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and other business stakeholders. Excellent customer engagement, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and resources simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to changing processes and business requirements. Proven experience managing customer escalations at all organizational levels, including executive stakeholders. Strong understanding of project financials, including revenue, costs, budgets, profitability, and margins. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and industry best practices. Experience developing, implementing, maintaining, and consistently following repeatable project management processes and methodologies. Demonstrated ability to identify risks, resolve issues, manage dependencies, and drive projects to successful outcomes. Preferred Qualifications Experience working within the Oil & Gas industry or broader Energy sector . Experience working with contract locators or related field-service stakeholders. Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships within the Energy sector. Familiarity with enterprise software implementations and technology platforms supporting field operations or infrastructure management. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Project Management , or a related field; or equivalent professional experience. Compensation The salary range for this role is USD $ 120K This range reflects the base salary only and does not include any other compensation components.
