This is a hands-on role for a growing startup company. As Senior Project Manager, you will own the planning and execution of high-priority initiatives across BlackCloak's organization, keeping multiple workstreams moving in parallel with clarity and momentum. You will build and manage detailed project plans from the ground up - defining milestones, tracking dependencies, surfacing risks, and holding stakeholders accountable to timelines. Partnering closely with team leads and the Executive Team, you will serve as the connective tissue across departments, ensuring that organizational priorities translate into coordinated, on-time delivery. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who is comfortable wearing many different hats, embracing change, and executing with ambiguous requirements. This role requires a highly resourceful individual with the ability to partner, execute, and lead through influence. At the end of the day, the perfect person is someone who makes it happen.
