What you'll do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of feature development from briefing and decomposition to release and result analysis
  • Audit and optimize existing processes
  • Design processes adapted to the team and product
  • Organize workspaces in Jira or ClickUp
  • Configure projects, boards, statuses, workflows, templates, and dashboards
  • Prepare documentation, user scenarios, checklists, and flowcharts
  • Create and fill tasks for cross-functional teams independently
  • Decompose features into tasks for Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, and design teams
  • Define dependencies between tasks, teams, and development stages
  • Estimate effort in hours with teams
  • Plan timelines and control team workload
  • Manage backlog and prioritize tasks with product managers and team leads
  • Track statuses, deadlines, risks, and blockers
  • Run planning, grooming, retrospectives, and other team meetings
  • Organize scheduled releases, feature releases, and emergency hotfixes
  • Prepare release checklists and verify participant readiness
  • Set up automations in Jira or ClickUp
  • Configure integrations between task trackers, Slack, GitHub, or GitLab
  • Use neural networks to create, fill, and update tasks
  • Automate project processes using neural networks
  • Keep documentation and processes up to date
  • Prepare regular status reports for the team and stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  • Confident use of Jira and Confluence or ClickUp
  • Experience configuring and reorganizing processes in task tracking systems
  • Experience creating workflows, templates, dashboards, and automations
  • Experience configuring integrations between task tracking systems, Slack, GitHub, or GitLab
  • Hands-on experience automating workflows with neural networks
  • Ability to use neural networks for task creation, acceptance criteria generation, feature decomposition, and documentation updates
  • Ability to independently identify and implement AI use cases to reduce routine work
