The Senior Program Specialist supports high priority initiatives as a project manager and operator embedded within the Hospital and Health Systems team. This role is responsible for driving the operational heartbeat of our AI enablement and ACO operations, primarily by deploying structured project management frameworks and executing critical workstreams that enable performance success. The Senior Program Specialist supports all Lines of Business (LOB) the market engages in, including Medicare Advantage, MSSP, Medicaid, and Commercial value-based care contracts. The Specialist operates with autonomy to align execution with executive priorities, translating company strategy into measurable, successful field performance.
What you'll do
- Support high priority initiatives as a project manager and operator embedded within the Hospital and Health Systems team.
