We invite a Senior Program Manager to join our team and lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a highly technical environment. In this individual contributor role, you’ll use your technical understanding, strong sense of ownership, and ability to influence without direct authority to drive delivery across multiple teams, manage dependencies and risks, remove blockers, and ensure alignment across technical and business stakeholders. 🟩 What's in it for you: Join a mature cloud-based POS platform that’s been operating successfully for 7+ years Lead complex technical initiatives across engineering, architecture, and product teams Strengthen your expertise in technical delivery, cross-team coordination, and enterprise software ✅ Is that you? 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience in software development Experience managing enterprise software projects across multiple teams Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC Ability to understand and discuss software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, integrations, and CI/CD Experience working with engineering, architecture, and product teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution Strong ownership, accountability, and independence, with the ability to lead and influence without direct authority Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and work effectively under pressure Upper-Intermediate+ English level Desirable: Experience with cloud-based POS platforms Experience with payment processing or payment systems Experience in retail technology Experience in FinTech or enterprise commerce platforms 🧩 Key responsibilities and your contribution In this role, you'll drive complex technical initiatives and support successful delivery across multiple teams.
