What you'll do

  • Build and evolve the enterprise narrative, from positioning down to persona-specific messaging.
  • Design and orchestrate the enterprise customer journey, mapping the buying cycle and defining plays and content for each stage.

  • Enable GTM teams with assets and training to articulate Nebius’s value to all buying committee personas.
  • Own competitive and category positioning, maintaining a sharp view of the AI enterprise infrastructure landscape.

What they require

  • 5+ years in product marketing, with a strong track record marketing to enterprise buyers in cloud infrastructure or AI infrastructure.
  • Proven traction in the enterprise segment ownership across the marketing lifecycle, including the ability to speak to win-rates and pipeline data.
  • Hands-on experience designing and orchestrating multi-stage enterprise customer journeys across long (6–18 month) buying cycles, and running account-based programs on ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase.
  • Solid technical understanding of AI/ML workflows and the AI cloud infrastructure stack: GPU platforms and the NVIDIA ecosystem, networking, storage, IaaS, inference, and the ML tools (e.g., PyTorch, Ray, Slurm, MLflow, Kubernetes, inference and agentic platforms).
  • Fluency with the enterprise buying process and its stakeholders (CTO, CIO, VP Infrastructure, IT Ops, Platform Engineering, security, compliance, procurement, and finance teams) and the concerns that gate a deal: TCO, reliability, security, compliance, sovereignty, and lock-in.

Benefits

  • 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.
  • Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting for 401(k) plan.
  • 20 weeks paid parental leave for primary caregivers, 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.
  • Up to $85/month reimbursement for mobile and internet.
  • Company-paid short-term, long-term and life insurance coverage.
