What you'll do

  • Own Dandelion's product messaging framework and translate a complex multimodal data platform into compelling narratives for life sciences, pharma, and health system audiences
  • Drive go-to-market strategy for new product and use-case launches in partnership with product and commercial teams
  • Create and maintain sales collateral, one-pagers, case studies, and demo materials
  • Build and manage a content calendar across LinkedIn, blog articles, scientific communications, and newsletter content
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and amplify thought leadership across channels
  • Own conference presence, PR opportunities, media pitches, and speaker applications
  • Manage the marketing calendar, coordinate organization-wide inputs, and leverage AI tools for content, event discovery, competitive monitoring, and reporting

What they require

  • 5–8 years of marketing experience with an emphasis on product marketing
  • Experience at a B2B startup or scale-up, ideally in life sciences, digital health, healthcare IT, or data platforms
  • Proven ability to build narratives for complex, technical products and translate them for non-technical buyers
  • Excellent writer with the ability to adapt voice and style across scientific, business, and general audiences
  • AI-native: uses AI tools as a core part of the workflow
  • Comfortable operating as a team of one while coordinating inputs from across the organization
  • Familiarity with life sciences, pharma, or healthcare (no PhD needed, but should not need a clinical trial explained)
  • Strong organizational skills and a bias for structured systems, able to own a marketing calendar without losing threads
