What you'll do

  • Translate high-level product strategy, merchant requirements, and operational flows into crystal-clear, highly detailed Jira tickets with crisp acceptance criteria, ensuring the backlog remains meticulously groomed, structured, and ready for development.
  • Run rigorous daily prioritisation and actively manage sprint execution to drive ticket fulfilment.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to maintain focus, minimise disruptive context-switching, and resolve technical blockers immediately so developers can execute at maximum velocity.
  • Own the roadmap, scoping, and successful delivery of core modules.
  • Proactively research and implement cutting-edge AI developments to turn manual e-commerce logistics processes into automated, self-optimising workflows.
  • Personally lead and execute rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) and UAT workflows to guarantee that complex carrier integrations, merchant dashboards, and platform updates are completely robust before they go live.
  • Act as the primary product-facing project manager for merchant onboarding, coordinating directly with scaling brands to guide them smoothly and resolve operational edge cases.
  • Define and streamline our carrier and WMS integration framework.
  • Drive the product requirements that enable our team to connect complex courier, warehouse (such as Mintsoft, PeopleVox), and partner APIs quickly, cleanly, and reliably.
  • Deepen our integration with Shopify Plus, ensuring our merchant dashboard, App Bridge interfaces, and webhooks are highly performant, intuitive, and frictionless for enterprise-level operations.
  • Architect product features that handle the complex realities of cross-border commerce, international customs documentation, commercial invoices, and DDU/DDP financial splits.

What they require

  • Proven track record of managing and scaling B2B SaaS platforms or high-volume, customer-focused e-commerce products, preferably within the Shopify ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of how public Shopify Apps succeed. You are familiar with Shopify App Store standards, Polaris design language, OAuth, App Bridge, and GraphQL API capabilities.
  • While you won't be writing the code, you must be comfortable reading API documentation, understanding database structures (MongoDB), serverless AWS concepts, and discussing complex technical trade-offs directly with senior engineers.
  • A clear, practical understanding of e-commerce logistics. You must know how order, shipment, and inventory data flows between ERPs, WMSs, and storefronts.
  • Experience working with (or building integrations for) Mintsoft or similar warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Familiarity with the commercial and logistical realities of cross- border shipping, including commercial invoices, customs documentation, and the implications of DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) vs. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
  • You treat the product as your own business. You proactively spot bottlenecks, suggest technical improvements, and push the boundaries of what our platform can do.
  • You keep a close eye on cutting-edge AI developments and enjoy brainstorming how modern AI capabilities can solve business problems or build better user experiences.
  • A relentless focus on delivering merchant value quickly. You despise bureaucracy and love shipping features, measuring their impact, and iterating fast.
  • Strictly fluent in English (both written and spoken). You must be capable of distilling complex logistical and technical realities into simple, compelling narratives for both developers and high-value merchants.
  • Must be available to work UK working hours (typically 09:00 to 17:30 GMT/BST) to ensure seamless collaboration with our primary merchant markets and team members.
  • Proven experience managing, building, or scaling apps in the Shopify Plus / Shopify App Store ecosystem, with deep familiarity with Shopify APIs and UI guidelines.
  • A clear, operational understanding of international data flows, customs compliance, DDU/DDP splits, and hands-on exposure to Mintsoft (or similar WMS platforms).
  • Technical comfort discussing complex architectures built on TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, React, Svelte, and serverless AWS services.
  • Extensive background running sprint prioritisation, managing Jira workflows, executing hands-on QA/UAT, and driving end-to-end project management for merchant onboarding.
  • A genuine passion for implementing cutting-edge AI features (such as agentic classification or predictive routing) into SaaS workflows to solve real merchant pain.
  • High-agency, extreme ownership mindset, an exceptional bias for execution, and a relentless drive to ship valuable features quickly with zero fuss.
  • Strictly fluent in written and spoken English with full, daily availability during UK working hours (GMT / BST).
