What you'll do

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for OpenCRQ, with a strong Cyber Risk Quantification mindset.
  • Challenge and shape the core product model, including the data model, emphasized controls, and how risk is communicated to customers.
  • Lead customer and prospect discovery to validate direction, prioritize problems, and identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Make clear, data-informed product decisions and align stakeholders around trade-offs and priorities.
  • Work closely with Engineering and R&D leadership to turn product strategy into deliverable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Business, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and leadership to ensure OpenCRQ creates measurable customer and business value.
  • Evaluate and drive strategic ecosystem opportunities, such as FAIR Institute alignment and partnerships with breach/data providers.
  • Contribute to Product Management practices, including AI-assisted product discovery, prioritization, and delivery workflows.

What they require

  • Senior product leadership experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, risk management, or a closely related domain.
  • Strong ability to reason about quantitative and probabilistic risk, including threat distributions, likelihood, impact, and financial exposure.
  • Credible understanding of cybersecurity from both attack and defense perspectives; a pure compliance background is not sufficient.
  • Experience working with AI on the full product delivery cycle
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align Engineering, Product, Business, and leadership.
