Senior Product Manager, Healthcare

THE ROLE

Zeta is building a suite of Healthcare vertical products backed by the most comprehensive data spine in the space. The Healthcare vertical product manager will work with a core vertical team to help lead execution of critical healthcare marketing and intelligence product. They will work with Zeta’s vertical engineering team to deliver execution at both speed and scale, using Zeta’s proprietary AI enabled platform, Athena. This individual operates across commercial, product, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to share expertise in the Healthcare vertical and help align vision. They will ultimately aid Zeta’s vision of building a better unified Healthcare marketing, advertising, and intelligence platform.

• Data Strategy: Aid vision for orchestration of claims-level healthcare data ecosystem across intelligence and activation.
• Platform Strategy: Define roadmap and execution strategy for the suite of Healthcare products. Lead day to day product deliverables.
• Operations: Work with Zeta’s product operations organization to define packages for client and internal testing.
• Leadership: Act as an SME within Zeta’s product organization to guide language and strategy.
• Client & Market Feedback Loop: Work directly with commercial leads and internal teams to translate market demand into roadmap priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product & Platform

• Own key deliverables for Zeta’s healthcare product suite.
• Build roadmap for segmenting ecosystem and delivering information off of claims data.
• Align messaging platform capabilities with Athena-powered AI workflows.

Cross-Functional Execution

• Partner with Product & Engineering to accelerate platform development.
• Collaborate with Commercial leads to increase client and internal adoption.
• Work with Product Marketing and Sales to translate capabilities into market-ready offerings.

Market & Client Engagement

• Identify opportunities for key messaging in the healthcare space.
• Support product demos, pilots, and strategic client deployments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience 5+ years in Product Management, Platform Strategy, or Product-Led GTM, specific to Healthcare verticals.
• Track record building or scaling messaging and engagement for Healthcare platforms.
• Backgrounds that translate well Healthcare data partners; i.e. Healthcare Adtech ecosystems / Pharmaceutical or Healthcare companies

KEY SKILLS

• Platform product development and intelligence strategy.
• Claims data ecosystems including HIPAA, CERT, and compliance structures.
• Healthcare model knowledge.
• Strong cross-functional communication across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
• Technical fluency with APIs, platform integrations, etc.
• Bonus: AI fluency, skills, and platforming.

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000 depending on location and experience.
