No BS summary

Senior Product Manager owning the endpoint product area at Halcyon, an anti-ransomware security platform. Requires 5+ years in product management at senior/lead level, experience shipping agent-based software that runs on customer machines, and B2B enterprise customer-facing product work. Remote role limited to the US, with 30–40% travel.

What you'll do

  • Own the endpoint product area: shape strategy and translate company objectives into a defensible roadmap
  • Define scope, sequence the work, and make tradeoff calls
  • Drive initiatives from discovery through general availability and post-launch iteration
  • Report on outcomes: adoption, retention, deal impact
  • Meet directly with enterprise customers and prospects to validate problems before committing to solutions
  • Represent the product in roadmap reviews, executive briefings, and technical deep dives with security teams
  • Partner with engineering on requirements, architecture discussions, and delivery quality
  • Work day to day with Sales Architects on deal support, technical objections, and field signal
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Support so launches land and get adopted
  • Surface risk early and drive it to resolution

What they require

  • 5+ years in product management, with several of those years at a senior or lead level owning an area rather than a queue of assigned features
  • Endpoint experience: shipped agent-based software that runs on customer machines (deployment at scale, performance footprint, OS behavior, telemetry, upgrade and rollback)
  • B2B enterprise products sold to external customers, in a customer-facing capacity (not internal tools or platform operations)
  • Technical aptitude to work with a highly technical engineering team
  • Strong written and verbal communication with both engineers and executives
  • Willingness to travel to customers, roughly 30 to 40%

Benefits

  • Comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents
  • Short and long-term disability coverage, basic life and AD&D insurance plans
  • Medical and dependent care FSA options
  • 401k plan with a generous employer contribution
  • Flexible PTO policy
  • Parental leave
  • Generous equity offerings
