What you'll do

  • Own and articulate the multi-year product vision and strategy for key Delinea PAM solutions, aligning it to company objectives and market opportunity.
  • Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap and backlog, making clear trade-off decisions with agile development teams to deliver iterative, measurable value.
  • Engage directly with customers, partners, analysts, and internal stakeholders to validate and refine product direction.
  • Partner with Engineering, QA, and Support teams to ensure high-quality releases and timely feature delivery.
  • Shape go-to-market strategy with Product Marketing, driving positioning, messaging, packaging, and pricing decisions.
  • Own and articulate the multi-year product vision and strategy for key PAM solutions.
  • Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap and backlog with agile development teams.
  • Engage customers, partners, analysts, and internal stakeholders to validate and refine product direction.
  • Shape go-to-market strategy with Product Marketing, including positioning, messaging, packaging, and pricing.
  • Enable internal technical teams with context and training for product launches and customer success.
  • Balance current customer needs with new market opportunities and build business cases for investment.

What they require

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Preferred: Master’s or MBA.
  • 6+ years of product management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment, including end-to-end ownership of an enterprise product line.
  • 5+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or cloud security, with direct exposure to endpoint security, privilege management, or endpoint agent technologies.
  • Position open to candidates based in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Master’s or MBA strongly preferred.
  • Startup or scale-up experience is a plus.
  • Deep domain knowledge of public cloud platforms, endpoint operating systems, and enterprise IT environments.
  • Proven track record taking enterprise products from concept to general availability and growing them into meaningful revenue.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership, analysts, and enterprise customers.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Travel up to 25%.
