Hiring in San Francisco, New York, Portland, or remotely within Canada or the United States.

What you'll do

  • Take ownership of an underdefined, high-stakes surface and develop a point of view on what it should be, starting with Tasks, Home, and Notifications.
  • Lead a redesign of the Mercury home page, including what belongs on it, what does not, and how it earns its real estate as the product's job for the customer changes.
  • Design the unified logic behind tasks, lifecycle updates, and in-product alerts.
  • Partner closely with Command, agents, and product teams that will increasingly lean on these surfaces to drive intent.
  • Set direction and a prioritized roadmap, balancing user needs against the needs of every product team that depends on Dashboard as connective tissue.
  • Collaborate with design to shape the visual and interaction language of core surfaces.
  • Operate independently in ambiguity, contributing to the visioning, sequencing, and execution of a multi-phase overhaul of horizontal Dashboard experiences.
