What you'll do

  • Own the activation and lead delivery domain end-to-end, defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for turning identified companies into qualified, actionable leads across scoring, enrichment, Workflows, Lists, and AI-driven activation.
  • Ship Workflows and Lists to General Availability, including final delivery, launch, and post-launch iteration for all customers.
  • Close the retention loop by ensuring customers can prioritize, enrich, and deliver leads to their CRM.
  • Define scoring and prioritization models, including ICP fitness scoring, intent signals, and company tiering.
  • Expand enrichment and buyer group identification to surface the right decision-makers at identified companies.
  • Build AI-powered activation through smart recommendations, one-click actions, automated routing, and intelligent templates.
  • Own CRM integration strategy and ensure seamless, reliable data flow into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and MS Dynamics.
  • Partner deeply with engineering and design in one-month delivery cycles alongside the Engineering Coordinator and cross-functional team.
  • Write problem briefs and PRDs, define success metrics, and drive execution from discovery through launch.
  • Use analytics, AI tooling, and rapid experimentation to identify friction, validate hypotheses, and ship faster.

What they require

  • 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years at Senior PM level or equivalent.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS is required.
  • Strongly preferred: experience in lead generation, CRM, marketing automation, or sales intelligence platforms.
  • Experience building activation, automation, or workflow products that bridge data insight to user action.
  • Experience shipping features that directly drive retention and expansion, not just usage.
  • Deep understanding of CRM ecosystems, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive, and how data flows between marketing and sales tools.
  • Systems-thinking approach rather than feature-only thinking.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using product analytics, A/B testing, and SQL to identify opportunities and validate impact.
  • Ability to define success metrics before writing specs.
  • Comfortable going deep with engineers and understanding APIs, data pipelines, and enrichment architectures.
  • Ability to write clear technical specs and participate effectively in architecture discussions.
  • Daily use of AI tools for prototyping, analysis, writing, and decision-making is non-negotiable.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to make strong decisions with incomplete information.
  • Able to move fast without waiting for permission and stay effective during change.
  • Energized by transformation.
  • Ownership mindset across discovery, delivery, and post-launch measurement.
  • Strong bias for shipping.
  • Based in Europe.
  • Preferred: experience with lead scoring, account prioritization, or intent-based products.
  • Preferred: background in contact enrichment, data quality, or B2B data platforms.
  • Preferred: experience in PLG/product-led growth environments or building self-serve activation flows.
  • Preferred: familiarity with the competitive landscape, including Apollo, Cognism, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Clay, or similar platforms.
  • Preferred: experience working with short-cycle delivery models such as monthly or bi-weekly shipping cadences.
