  • Find positive unit economics for the Android direction by working with conversions, CAC, LTV, and ROMI.
  • Analyze user behavior and identify growth points across all stages.
  • Work closely with marketers to build a complete path from ad to purchase using Android UAC, Meta, and Moloco.
  • Manage the backlog and ensure timely delivery together with design and development.
  • Take over the ready MVP web funnel from quiz to paywall to download and scale it, if experienced in this area.
  • Optimize conversions across all funnel stages through A/B tests and growth-point discovery.
  • Work with product design and development to improve existing pages and flows.
  • Coordinate with the iOS direction and synchronize product decisions across platforms.
  • Participate in unit strategic planning and goal-setting.
  • Gradually expand responsibility toward product leadership of the direction.

What they require

  • Experience working as a Product Manager in mobile products and developing products with a subscription monetization model.
  • Experience scaling and optimizing a mobile product on Android or iOS, bringing an existing direction to mature unit economics rather than only launching from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of unit economics: CAC, LTV, ROAS/ROMI, conversions, and payback.
  • Systematic experience running A/B tests, from hypothesis formation to correct interpretation of results.
  • Experience working with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, or similar at the level of independently building dashboards and funnels.
  • Understanding of mobile product specifics and platform differences between iOS and Android, including subscription monetization.
  • Understanding of paid marketing and performance channels such as UAC, Meta, Moloco, and ASA for building a complete ad-to-purchase path.
  • Preferred: Experience building and optimizing web funnels from quiz to paywall to download.
  • Ability to think across the full user lifecycle, from first ad contact to long-term retention.
  • Combination of product and marketing thinking.
  • Ability to work toward ambitious goals and achieve measurable results.
  • For military-liable candidates, reservation option after probation requires properly completed military registration documents and internal company availability under current legislation.
