What you'll do

  • Own and evolve the roadmap for your product area: dependencies, delivery, and calls when priorities shift.
  • Take features from requirements through launch, documentation, and iteration.
  • Maintain line of sight to whether features move adoption, retention, and revenue.
  • Translate messy, ambiguous user needs into concrete AI behaviors, workflows, and requirements.
  • Boil complex technical tradeoffs down into product decisions the team can act on.
  • Spend real time with Senior Office Managers and contractor customers.
  • Run discovery that gets past the surface and lets learnings drive what gets built.
  • Own the use cases, specs, and tradeoffs for your area.
  • Work closely with engineering on unstructured, AI-driven workflows.
  • Hold and raise the quality bar in your product area.
  • Partner with product-minded engineers on QA without slowing work down.
  • Define success metrics across customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and agent performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data, user feedback, and experimentation.
  • Own the KPIs, stand up evals and instrumentation, and feed learnings into the next round.

What they require

  • Strong product management experience.
  • Owned products from strategy through launch.
  • Able to move between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Real product judgment: makes hard calls on priorities and tradeoffs, knows what to say no to, and backs decisions with the right amount of data and research.
  • 4–6 years of product management experience.
  • Able to go deep while holding the big picture.
  • Can live inside the details of a workstream while holding the wider product and business in mind.
  • Knows which details matter and which do not.
  • Curious and creative about what is newly possible with AI.
  • Happy to rethink a user experience from first principles rather than porting over how it worked before.
  • Understands LLMs well enough to reason about their limits and tradeoffs.
  • Can test an LLM pipeline in a structured way using no-code and prototyping tools.
  • Uses AI as core infrastructure in their own work.
  • Can use AI to get through discovery faster, turn interviews and feedback into first-draft PRDs and specs, and show up to planning with a working prototype instead of a deck.
  • Can say concretely what AI has replaced in their workflow and where it breaks.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator.
  • Can align engineering, service, and GTM partners without formal authority.
  • Writes and speaks clearly for both exec summaries and technical readers.
  • Runs useful meetings.
  • Flags problems early and brings recommendations, not just questions.
  • Comfortable where there is no playbook.
  • Scrappy, at ease building where there is no process yet, and able to run independently on light direction.
  • Comfortable with blurred roles in a small startup and stepping outside their lane when high-leverage.
  • Holds a high standard for craft and quality.
  • Can tell genuinely good work from merely fine.
  • Raises the standard of people around them without over-polishing low-value details.
  • Preferred: A strong eye for UX in web and mobile products, especially conversational interfaces such as chat or voice.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience building LLM-powered products or agents, including prompt, tool, and eval work, even from a side project.
  • Preferred: Experience standing up an evals / measurement or instrumentation practice, or owning analytics in a prior role.
  • Preferred: Early- or growth-stage B2B SaaS product management experience; vertical SaaS or SMB tooling a plus.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with FSM software or the HVAC / field-service domain.
