What you'll do

  • Take ownership of one of the company’s strategic products from vision to execution.
  • Define product strategy, shape the roadmap, deliver MVPs, and drive continuous product growth.
  • Own the product throughout its entire lifecycle, from identifying customer needs and defining product strategy to measuring business impact and continuously improving the product.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, QA, business stakeholders, and external partners to build scalable fintech products.
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and business priorities through customer interactions and market research.
  • Define MVP scope and continuously evolve the product based on customer feedback and business impact.
  • Balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business goals when making product decisions.
  • Engage directly with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to validate product direction.
  • Lead product discovery through customer interviews, user research, and competitor analysis.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain a well-structured product backlog.
  • Define product KPIs and measurable business outcomes.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
  • Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product improvements.
  • Present product strategy, roadmap, and product performance to senior leadership.
  • Serve as the primary product representative for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Own product delivery from discovery to release.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Ensure features deliver customer and business value.
  • Support Agile delivery and continuous product improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams consisting of engineers, QA specialists, designers, and analysts.
  • Coordinate work with external vendors, technology providers, and third-party integrations when required.
  • Facilitate planning sessions, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and roadmap discussions.
  • Ensure transparency through Jira, Confluence, BigPicture, or similar tools.
  • Monitor product performance using qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Measure feature adoption, product KPIs, and business impact to continuously optimize the product.
  • Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve activation, conversion, retention, and operational efficiency.
  • Define product improvement initiatives based on data and customer feedback.
  • Support product scaling after MVP launch.
  • Continuously optimize user experience and internal operational workflows.
  • Identify product risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate release readiness and ensure high-quality product launches.
  • Define clear acceptance criteria and collaborate with QA to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Work closely with compliance, regulatory, and technical stakeholders when required.
  • Support continuous improvement of product quality and delivery processes.
  • During the first months, focus on delivering a strategic KYC-B product by defining and validating the MVP scope.
  • During the first months, build and prioritize the product backlog.
  • During the first months, drive product discovery, prioritization, and delivery across cross-functional teams.
  • During the first months, manage risks and delivery transparency.
  • During the first months, coordinate engineering, QA, design, and external partners.
  • During the first months, launch the MVP and prepare the product roadmap for future growth and scaling.

What they require

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in product or technology-driven companies.
  • Proven experience owning products from discovery through delivery and growth.
  • Experience working directly with customers, enterprise clients, or business stakeholders.
  • Strong experience defining product vision, roadmap, and MVP strategy.
  • Experience working with Agile product development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience prioritizing backlogs and making data-driven product decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, QA, UI/UX, and business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and product management tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate+.
  • Preferred: Experience building products from scratch (0→1).
  • Preferred: Experience launching MVPs and scaling products.
  • Preferred: Experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, KYC/KYB, Compliance, Card Issuing, or SaaS.
  • Preferred: Experience working with third-party integrations and external vendors.
  • Preferred: Experience leading distributed remote teams.
  • Preferred: Certifications such as PSPO, Scrum Product Owner, Agile, or similar.
  • Ability to work within Central European Time (CET).
