No BS summary

Senior+ product manager (6–10 years) owning cross-border payments payouts and collections end-to-end at a stablecoin payments company. Must be payments-native with hands-on FP/banking integration experience, and must have shipped both outbound payouts and inbound collections. Fully remote.

What you'll do

  • Own the 3P payout and collections product end-to-end — from strategy and prioritisation through to spec, build, and launch
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap for FP integrations and direct banking rail integrations as the business scales
  • Write detailed, buildable specs — engineers should be able to ship from what you produce
  • Design the user journey and frontend experience for payout and collections flows, with strong opinions about what a client actually needs to see and do
  • Evaluate FPs and banking partners across pricing, rail coverage, onboarding complexity, licensing constraints, and operational reliability — and make clear recommendations on which to integrate and in what sequence
  • Lead the integration process with new FPs end-to-end: scoping, spec, coordination with Engineering, and go-live
  • Understand the FOF implications of each FP and banking relationship, and design around the constraints rather than discovering them after the fact
  • Stay current on the FP and payments infrastructure market — who the relevant players are, what they're good at, and where the gotchas are
  • Work day-to-day with the co-founders, Customer Operations, and the Engineering team
  • Align with Financial Partnerships on which FPs and banks are being evaluated, and feed product requirements into the partnership prioritisation process
  • Work closely with Compliance and Legal on licensing constraints and fund safeguarding requirements
  • Surface client feedback on payout and collections UX to inform the roadmap — you'll be talking to clients directly

What they require

  • 6 to 10 years of product experience, some of which with consistent depth in cross-border payments infrastructure — payouts, collections, virtual accounts, and FP/banking integrations
  • Must have shipped both directions of money movement: outbound payouts and inbound collections
  • Prior hands-on integration experience with payment infrastructure providers
  • Payments-native: you understand flow of funds, rail mechanics, corridor-specific constraints, and how licensing affects what you can build
  • Opinionated about UX for a B2B payments image — you know what a client needs to see when they place an order, and you can design for it
  • Background at a licensed cross-border payments company or stablecoin payments shop at Series A–C scale
