What you'll do

  • Own the admin experience roadmap for the Engagement Hub: Discovery through delivery, balancing client commitments, strategic bets, and engineering capacity.
  • Build and maintain focus-area roadmaps, prioritizing work based on user value, company strategy, and measurable outcomes.
  • Become the product expert for assigned product areas by understanding workflows, user behavior, technical considerations, and business impact.
  • Resolve persistent platform admin pain-points: identify the workflows that cost admins the most time, quantify them, and ship fixes that measurably reduce administrative effort.
  • Build agents to automate and simplify the workflows.
  • Run the client-request intake process end to end: triage, prioritise, set expectations with customer success for urgent client requests, and keep resolution timely and predictable.
  • Partner closely with CS and Support: turn recurring asks and escalations into product decisions rather than one-off fixes.
  • Serve as a key voice in go-to-market readiness — working with CS and marketing on positioning, release communications, and client onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Product on annual and quarterly planning, contributing to roadmap strategy and resource prioritization.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Design from concept through requirements, build, launch, and iteration.

What they require

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years owning a complex B2B SaaS product
  • Demonstrated experience owning admin, back-office, or operator-facing tooling — you've made someone's daily job materially easier and can show how you measured it.
  • Experience running a structured intake and prioritization process for client-raised requests, working directly with CS/Support/Sales, and saying no gracefully.
  • Strong operating instincts in a high-volume, interrupt-driven backlog — you can hold a strategic roadmap and a triage queue at the same time without dropping either.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity — you can move from messy problem space to crisp requirements.
  • Hands-on curiosity about applied AI — you've shipped, prototyped, or seriously evaluated LLM-powered features and have real opinions on where automation earns trust and where it doesn't.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; you know how to influence without authority.
  • Comfort working in a distributed, async-first environment with a globally distributed team.
  • Curiosity, rigour, and a bias toward outcomes over output.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, or similar product ops tooling.
