We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who will join our stream-aligned Agents team and use extensive experience to thoughtfully improve our AI Agents products and provide excellent user experience for our customers. A strong portfolio of successful UI/UX and design systems knowledge is essential.

What you'll do

  • Owning the end-to-end design process for new AI features, from initial concept and research through prototyping to final UI
  • Creating low-fidelity wireframes to visualize basic structure and functionality and converting them into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
  • Building rapid prototypes, MVPs, and proofs of concept to validate ideas quickly
  • Continuously iterating on designs based on feedback and changing requirements
  • Maintaining and improving the design system on Figma
  • Ensuring designs are responsive and adaptable across devices
  • Conducting user interviews and surveys to understand user needs and pain points
  • Providing design reviews for developers
  • Contributing to design documentation, playbooks, and best practices
  • Researching competitors and market trends to inform the strategic direction of our AI Agents and UCaaS features

What they require

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably within SaaS companies.
  • Strong UI design skills with an exceptional eye for visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, color, and interaction details, demonstrated through a high-quality portfolio.
  • Demonstrated ability to deeply understand user needs by integrating both qualitative and quantitative user research into the design process.
  • Experience building, maintaining, and scaling Design Systems in Figma.
  • Ability to create low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, rapid prototypes, and MVPs.
  • Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and validating hypotheses before development.
  • Autonomy and leadership: ability to independently lead tasks from value analysis and discovery through post-release validation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships with developers, Tech Leads, and Engineering Managers.
  • Must-have: daily user of AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar, who enjoys experimenting with new AI tools and workflows.
