We are seeking a Senior Producer to act as the bridge between creative vision and execution, managing digital, brand, and spatial design projects from kickoff to delivery. The Senior Producer will be responsible for leading projects directly, as well as working with production leads on larger, integrated cross-functional projects such as activations, events, and immersive tech installations.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end project management for creative campaigns, design projects, digital experiences, and branding initiatives. Ensure seamless coordination and execution from inception to completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and setting clear expectations. Translate client needs and goals into actionable project plans and deliverables.
  • Manage and mentor junior producers and cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, strategists, and creatives. Provide guidance and support to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to margins. Track progress, anticipate issues, and make adjustments as necessary. Project budgeting is done in conjunction with senior leadership and account functions.
  • Manage resource allocation (Float) the along with the Creative Director, anticipating scope changes and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Oversee the quality of the final product, ensuring that the creative vision is upheld and that deliverables meet the client’s standards. Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry best practices.
  • Address and resolve issues and roadblocks quickly and efficiently. Maintain flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changes.
  • Work closely with other departments (creative, marketing, technical) to ensure alignment with company vision, objectives, and client needs.
  • Regularly update clients and internal stakeholders on project status, timelines, and deliverables. Provide detailed project reports and post-evaluations.
  • Travel as needed, including Hovercraft interoffice activities, retreats, shoots, site visits, activations, and client workshops.

What they require

  • 6+ years in a senior production role at creative agency, design studio, or similar, with strong portfolio.
  • Proven experience leading teams, managing cross-functional collaborations, and delivering projects to budget and scope.
  • Nice to have: Event and IRL production experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills presenting to clients.
  • Proficiency in PM and design tools: Smartsheet, Asana, Excel, Airtable, Notion, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
  • Experience with distributed cross-competency teams across tech, design, UX, product, innovation.
  • Proficiency with documentation, feedback organization, tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to anticipate issues and proactive problem-solving.
  • Deep understanding of design, branding, digital experiences.
  • Affinity for youth culture, fashion, sport and design.
  • Knowledge of Agile project management.
  • Experience with large-scale complex projects.
  • Passion for design and creativity, eye for innovation.
