An enterprise client, a consumer products company, is seeking an experienced PMO consultant to support a portfolio of high-priority strategic initiatives across its European business. This is a hands-on consulting engagement focused on driving cross-functional execution, executive visibility, and governance across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate thrives in complex, matrixed organizations and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to strategic initiatives.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans across multiple strategic initiatives. Track cross-functional dependencies, identify risks, and proactively escalate issues before they impact delivery. Support executive stakeholders by preparing concise updates, dashboards, presentations, and decision materials. Maintain portfolio-level visibility across workstreams, milestones, and key deliverables. Establish governance processes, meeting cadences, action logs, and project reporting. Partner with senior leadership to solve complex business challenges and recommend practical solutions. Drive execution by ensuring projects stay on track and stakeholders remain aligned.
Must have significant experience in program management, portfolio management, strategic operations, consulting, or business transformation. Experience supporting executive leadership within large, matrixed organizations. Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to distill complex information into executive-ready updates and recommendations. Strong problem-solving skills with experience identifying risks, dependencies, and trade-offs. Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
