Senior Philanthropy Marketing Manager Mercy Remote - West Find your calling at Mercy! Reporting to the Executive Director - Philanthropy Marketing, this role operates as a strategic philanthropic marketing expert with responsibility for advancing Mercy Health Foundation’s donor acquisition, engagement and retention efforts across the Ministry. The Senior Philanthropy Marketing Manager leads the development of philanthropic market intelligence, donor insights and campaign positioning aligned to Foundation priorities. This role should be familiar with Foundation operations and processes, donor journeys and engagement pathways and effective philanthropic campaign strategies. This role works closely with key Foundation and operational leaders and committees to align donor engagement and marketing initiatives, as well as gather, communicate, and distribute internal and external philanthropic marketing best practices, insights, and intelligence. The Senior Philanthropy Marketing Manager collaborates with all Integrated Marketing to ensure Foundations are well-represented, aligning content & strategy to operational capabilities & access, and content. This role performs all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the mission and values of Mercy. Position Details: **This position is primarily remote but the candidate must live in one of our main Mercy Communities - Northwest Arkansas, Oklahoma City, Springfield/Joplin area, Cape Girardeau or Metropolitan St. Louis area. Preference for candidate to live in our Arkansas or Oklahoma communities** Qualifications: Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or similar area of study preferred Experience Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in healthcare, marketing, philanthropy or other leadership experience Demonstrated track record for success in philanthropic marketing, generating volume growth Proven track record in developing philanthropic targeting, positioning, branding, donor strategy, campaign development, and/or funding strategies Health care service line or nonprofit marketing experience required Why Mercy?
