What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and improve reporting and dashboard solutions for cross-functional business needs.
  • Translate technical outputs into clear visualizations, summaries, and actionable insights.
  • Write advanced SQL to build, validate, and maintain scalable data models and troubleshoot data quality issues.
  • Collaborate with the Data team to manage data pipelines and automate manual workflows.
  • Apply statistical methods including regression, forecasting, hypothesis testing, and survival analysis to people data.
  • Serve as a survey subject matter expert, covering design, configuration, implementation, factor analysis, text analysis, trend identification, and results analysis.
  • Own people analytics intake and office hours for stakeholder requests.
  • Create and maintain documentation for data definitions, business rules, analytical methods, and reporting solutions.

What they require

  • Experience in analytics, preferably within People Analytics, Recruiting Analytics, or a closely related function.
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including experience building and maintaining analytical data models in large-scale relational databases.
  • Proficiency in R or Python for statistical analysis, data preparation, and workflow automation.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and analyzing team member surveys.
  • Strong data visualization and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop and deliver presentations for senior and executive audiences.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to produce well-organized reference materials.
