What you'll do

  • Set the strategy for RevenueCat’s technology partner ecosystem, deciding where to invest based on customer demand, adoption, strategic importance, commercial opportunity, and effort.
  • Turn important integrations into meaningful partnerships and own/execute plans with priority partners beyond the integration itself (customer adoption, education, co-selling, incentives, distribution, and other GTM motions).
  • Identify and build new strategic partnerships: spot opportunities, build the business case, engage companies, and take partnerships from idea through launch.
  • Help prioritize new integrations by building the business case based on customer demand, commercial opportunity, strategic value, and partner commitment.
  • Create a scalable model for the wider ecosystem and improve evaluation/support for inbound integration requests, enabling lower-touch partners to build with RevenueCat.
  • Measure the impact of the ecosystem: define and report metrics that show which partnerships create value and where to invest next.

What they require

  • You have 4+ years of experience in partnerships, including meaningful ownership of technology, platform, product, or ecosystem partnerships, with experience working in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • You’ve helped build or significantly improve a technology partner ecosystem, and can show how you decided where to invest, where not to, and why.
  • You’ve proactively created strategic partnerships end-to-end — identifying the opportunity, building the internal case, engaging the partner, and launching a partnership that created meaningful customer or business value.
  • You know how to make partnerships valuable after the agreement is signed, and have built creative GTM strategies that go beyond standard webinars, events, and partner marketing.
  • You’re technically credible and commercially minded; you can independently understand APIs, SDKs, technical documentation, and how integrations work well enough to engage directly with Product, Engineering, and technical partner teams while thinking about customer value, adoption, distribution, and revenue.
  • You’ve repeatedly taken ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution with minimal direction, and you’re comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution to get things shipped.
  • Preferred: Have experience in developer tools, mobile, payments, analytics, engagement, attribution, or another technical SaaS ecosystem.
  • Preferred: Understand how developers evaluate, adopt, and integrate technical products.
  • Preferred: Are comfortable experimenting with new developer and AI tools to understand products and partnership opportunities firsthand.
  • Preferred: Are comfortable working as part of a fully remote team in an asynchronous environment using a lot of Notion, Slack, and Zoom.

RevenueCat removes the headaches of building and scaling in‑app subscriptions. Since graduating from YC’s S18 batch we’ve grown into the default monetization platform for mobile: we’re in >40% of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $12B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo dev in Brazil to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue. We’re a remote‑first crew of 150+, spread across 25+ countries, and guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance. If you want your work to touch hundreds of millions of end‑users (and help the developers behind them get paid), you’ll fit right in. We have built a culture centered around ownership, high standards, and customer focus. We’re obsessed with exceptional talent density, and know that it’s critical to our mission. As RevenueCat continues to grow, the company is investing heavily in the people, systems, and infrastructure to scale.
