What you'll do

  • Own and manage Deel's primary Oracle relationship and other incumbent ERP partnerships, building senior relationships across ERP alliances, product, finance transformation, and field leadership
  • Align Deel's payroll, workforce, and compliance data models to ERP GL structures, subsidiaries, entities, and chart-of-accounts
  • Partner with Product and Solutions Engineering to influence integration design, roadmap priorities, and CFO-critical workflows
  • Develop and execute joint GTM motions that position Deel as global payroll and compliance infrastructure, not point solution HR software
  • Translate Deel's value into CFO language: internal controls, audit readiness, data integrity, cost predictability, and global scalability
  • Enable ERP sellers and Deel AEs with CFO-oriented messaging, objection handling, and competitive context
  • Support enterprise opportunities where ERP alignment, payroll architecture, and compliance posture are decisive to winning
  • Act as a technical and commercial partner on complex, multi-entity, multi-country deals
  • Help map ERP account hierarchies, subsidiaries, and financial systems to Deel's global employment and payroll structure
  • Ensure clean handoffs between pre-sales, implementation, and ongoing ERP-linked operations
  • Serve as a trusted escalation point when ERP, payroll, and finance workflows intersect
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for ERP partnerships internally
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies in partner processes, develop solutions independently, and document improvements to scale success
  • Lead adaptation across partner workstreams, create structure in ambiguity, and ensure continuity through change
  • Own planning for a portfolio of ERP partnerships, incorporating trade-offs and scenario planning
  • Influence decisions using clear, data-backed communication and coach others on best practices
  • Align partner initiatives to shared goals, remove blockers, and ensure partnerships deliver visible business impact
  • Own and manage partner relationships end-to-end: source deals through partner channels, track ARR attribution, and manage partner P&L with direct revenue accountability
  • Build and execute partner revenue strategy: identify target customer segments, develop deal playbooks, and forecast quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain clear positioning on how Deel's solution complements the partner ecosystem and articulate this positioning to internal teams and partners
  • Source and close partner-sourced deals in partnership with Sales; provide deal support to accelerate timelines and remove friction
  • Develop and manage co-sell pipelines with partner teams; coordinate selling efforts and identify mutual opportunities at scale
  • Oversee joint go-to-market initiatives: sales enablement, field events, co-marketing campaigns, and partner certifications
  • Analyze competitive positioning in the partner ecosystem; flag win/loss patterns and market trends that inform partnership strategy
  • Provide partner intelligence to leadership on strategic partnership decisions, investment levels, and roadmap trade-offs
  • Build business cases for partnership investment and serve as escalation point for partner disputes and strategic alignment
  • Present quarterly partnership performance to leadership: revenue, customer adoption, pipeline, competitive threats, and recommendations
