What you'll do

  • Design and validate reference architectures with strategic partners, from NVIDIA blueprints and AMD foundations through vCluster, vNode, vMetal, and vCluster Platform.
  • Turn successful deployments into repeatable, sellable solutions with bills of material, deployment guides, demo environments, and benchmarks.
  • Build and deliver technical enablement for partner architects and sellers.
  • Train partner architects at Centers of Excellence on the value proposition, cost, and performance story of the vCluster product family.
  • Enable vCluster’s internal field solutions engineers to engage partners effectively.
  • Own technical discovery, demos, and proofs of concept for partner-sourced opportunities in support of direct field ownership.
  • Run a disciplined proof-of-concept model with a validated business problem, named sponsor, success criteria, and production milestone.
  • Stand up vCluster presence inside partner Centers of Excellence tied to named customers and qualified pipeline.
  • Build technical credibility across 6–8 priority partners.
  • Cultivate executive sponsors and technical champions across partner organizations.

What they require

  • Deep Kubernetes expertise, including cluster architecture, tenant isolation, and the cloud-native ecosystem.
  • Ability to master vCluster, vNode, and vMetal inside and out.
  • Partner pre-sales experience with OEMs, GSIs, resellers, or cloud providers in a technical pre-sales capacity.
  • Understanding of partner dynamics including co-selling, joint validation, and winning through partner sellers.
  • Years of discovery, whiteboarding, demos, and proofs of concept that convert to production.
  • Qualification discipline to say no to science projects.
  • Experience creating enablement content, workshops, hands-on labs, or certification paths from scratch.
  • Ability to hold the room with a Kubernetes engineer and a CIO in the same meeting.
  • Ability to influence people you do not manage.
  • Preferred: NVIDIA ecosystem experience, including DGX, Dynamo, GPU Operator, AI Enterprise, or NVIDIA certifications.
  • Preferred: Understanding of how NVIDIA blueprints and partner validation work.
  • Preferred: AI infrastructure depth, including GPU infrastructure, storage, and networking for AI factories and GPU clouds.
  • Preferred: Weka- and VAST-class storage literacy.
  • Preferred: Experience building or supporting GPU-as-a-Service or Kubernetes-as-a-Service platforms at AI Cloud providers or service providers.
