Senior Organizational Effectiveness Consultant. Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) and 7+ years' experience in HR/Organizational Effectiveness, with experience in large, complex, matrixed organizations. SPHR-HRCI preferred; employer will not sponsor work visas for this position.

What you'll do

  • Proactively engage as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders on critical people and organizational decisions, building people strategies to improve workforce, leadership, and organizational choices.
  • Lead People org service delivery for client groups and broker People Center of Excellence (CoE) services; collaborate with CoE partners to design and implement solutions.
  • Apply systems thinking and an enterprise-wide perspective to align people strategies, programs, and practices with business priorities, prioritizing high-value interventions.
  • Partner with leaders on strategic workforce planning and scenario thinking to anticipate future workforce and capability needs, surfacing human capital risks alongside financial and operational risks.
  • Advise on organizational design and effectiveness; provide leadership development and coaching to leaders to enable transformation and improved team performance.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 7+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, or a related field.
  • Prior success working in large, complex, matrixed organizations with shared services or Center of Excellence model is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of comprehensive organizational design implementations, developing large-scale change plans and delivering sustainable transformations.
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and influence senior leaders (VP-level and above); strong analytical and synthesis skills to interpret quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Preferred: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)-HRCI certification or equivalent.
