Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for a Senior Operations Support Engineer for one of its clients, a European agency operating large-scale digital services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage complex incidents affecting mission-critical applications and services.
- Lead root cause analysis and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Define monitoring strategies and performance baselines.
- Support deployments, releases and operational readiness activities.
- Coordinate troubleshooting efforts across infrastructure, middleware and application teams.
- Contribute to automation initiatives and operational excellence.
- Produce operational reports, performance analyses and improvement recommendations.
Your Profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise operations and application support.
- Strong expertise in incident, problem and change management.
- Experience supporting containerized and cloud-native environments.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Experience in international and multi-vendor environments.
