Description

We are looking for a NetSuite Implementation Consultant for an initial 6-month contract (with option to extend) to anchor our global NetSuite ERP implementation.

You will act as the key technical and functional anchor for our end-to-end project cycle, from requirements gathering through to go-live and post-implementation optimization. You will bridge the gap between our scaling finance operations and the business, designing robust workflows, data migrations, and securing high-integrity integrations.

We’re looking for a seasoned NetSuite expert with a blend of strong attention to detail, technical curiosity, and start-up grit. Someone who can seamlessly drop into a fast-moving environment, pick up the project blueprint, and execute complex problems with minimal supervision.

Location: can be remote across APAC.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Execute the E2E Lifecycle: Drive our end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation alongside the project lead, navigating seamlessly from workshop discovery to functional design, system configurations, and ultimate go-live.
• Lead Workshops & Requirements: Partner in directing cross-functional discovery workshops with finance, product, and engineering teams. Help translate fast-moving business requirements into crystal-clear functional requirements for robust NetSuite architectural solutions.
• Architect Global Accounting Workflows: Design, map, and deploy high-velocity workflows across all critical financial and accounting processes. This includes building out end-to-end setups that are automated and tailored for a global digital asset ecosystem.
• Integrate & Automate the Crypto-Stack: Partner closely with our engineering team to build seamless data pipelines between NetSuite and our core infrastructure. You will map out workflows connecting automated processing tools and accounting platforms to ensure flawless, automated accounting entries and ledger synchronization.
• Execute Data Migration: Lead the heavy lifting on historical data migration into NetSuite from legacy environments, ensuring absolute data integrity, strict financial control, and precise mapping of on-chain wallet data.
• Own UAT Planning & Execution: Take full accountability for quality assurance. Design comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test plans and cases, establish execution timelines, and guide business users through testing to guarantee a flawless deployment.

What You'll Bring

• NetSuite Implementation Expertise: A proven track record of delivering end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations within fast-growing fintech, hyper-growth startups, or high-volume transaction environments. Hands on experience in configuring NetSuite financial modules, workflows, reporting and dashboards.
• Automation & Tools Mindset: Hands-on experience integrating third-party tools, APIs, or middleware directly into NetSuite to trigger automated accounting workflows and journal entries.
• Data & Testing Rigor: Elite capabilities in complex data cleansing, migration mapping, and drafting bulletproof UAT plans and test cases.
• High Execution Velocity & Autonomy: Ability to operate independently without requiring prescriptive oversight. A strong cross-functional communicator capable of managing stakeholder expectations, adapting to rapid changes, and systematically solving complex, ambiguous technical problems alongside the project lead.
• A strong understanding of accounting principles, finance operations and reporting requirements.
