What you'll do

  • Fully own the Amazon Ads backend end-to-end, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and Amazon DSP
  • Maintain clean, scalable campaign and portfolio structures
  • Ensure consistent execution quality across all Amazon advertising surfaces
  • Execute daily optimizations across branded and non-branded search
  • Manage keyword harvesting, bid adjustments, and budget allocation
  • Actively manage pacing and spend to maintain efficiency at scale
  • Monitor and optimize performance at both SKU-level and portfolio-level
  • Upload, test, rotate, and optimize creative formats within Amazon Ads
  • Identify inefficiencies in spend and rapidly reallocate budgets
  • Make fast, confident optimization decisions using core performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPM, CPC and CVR
  • Collaborate closely with growth and creative teams to execute channel priorities
  • Translate performance insights into clear, actionable execution updates
  • Operate independently while remaining aligned with broader growth goals
  • Work closely with the client’s growth and creative teams, aligning daily execution with overall acquisition priorities and revenue targets

What they require

  • Deep, hands-on experience across Amazon Search, Display, and DSP (non-negotiable)
  • Proven success scaling DTC consumer brands on Amazon
  • Strong command of keyword management, bid optimization, budget pacing, and campaign structuring
  • High fluency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for performance analysis and decision-making
  • Comfort operating independently with full accountability for results
  • Strong operational judgment and confidence making real-time optimization calls
  • A speed- and precision-oriented mindset with long-term ownership of channel performance
  • You are expected to work inclusively with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, ensuring that both personal and collective dignity are supported
  • Expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone
  • Expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 3.5 weeks
