Senior B2B marketing manager with 7–9 years in field marketing, events, demand generation, and ABM. Must have Pan-African marketing experience and be based in South Africa or Kenya. Needs strong regional cultural knowledge and ability to support MEA sales pipeline.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of Middle East and Africa events, including owned events, sponsored industry conferences, roundtables, webinars, and executive dinners aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain a MEA events calendar, managing logistics, vendor relationships, budget, and post-event follow-up to ensure measurable ROI.
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure event audiences reflect target account lists and every event ties to a clear pipeline outcome.
  • Track and report on event performance, including attendee quality, influenced pipeline, and cost-per-opportunity.
  • Partner with the Growth Marketing team to design and execute ABM programs targeting high-priority MEA accounts in collaboration with sales leadership.
  • Use account intelligence to inform campaigns and support regional sellers.
  • Measure ABM effectiveness at the account level, reporting on account engagement, pipeline created, and influenced revenue.
  • Own regional pipeline contribution targets and develop programs that generate qualified opportunities for the MEA sales team.
  • Build and execute integrated campaigns across email, paid, content, and events that move target accounts through the funnel.
  • Partner with the global Growth Marketing team to localize and adapt global campaigns for MEA markets, including messaging, channels, and timing.
  • Maintain a consistent cadence of regional campaigns and adapt quickly based on performance data and sales feedback.
  • Act as the primary marketing partner to the MEA sales team and align with sales leadership on pipeline goals, target accounts, and priorities.
  • Collaborate with content, digital, and brand teams to bring global resources into regional execution.
  • Provide MEA market insights, competitive intelligence, and buyer feedback to inform global marketing strategy and messaging.
  • Work with the Revenue Operations team to develop regionally relevant sales enablement materials and outreach.
  • Collaborate with the team’s Africa-focused marketing and PR agency to scale efforts across the continent.
  • Track, analyze, and report on regional marketing performance against brand awareness, pipeline, and engagement.
  • Continuously test and iterate on program approaches, applying data-driven insights to improve outcomes over time.

What they require

  • Deep understanding of cultural differences country-to-country across the Middle East and Africa region.
  • Pan-African marketing experience.
  • 7–9 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong track record in field marketing, events, or demand generation roles, ideally within a high-growth technology company.
  • Demonstrated experience running field events end-to-end, from strategy and planning through execution and post-event reporting.
  • Hands-on experience building and executing ABM programs, including target account selection, campaign orchestration, and measurement.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and understanding how marketing contributes to the revenue funnel.
  • Experience working across time zones as part of a global team.
  • Preferred: Experience marketing to NGOs and/or Governments.
  • Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data, draw actionable insights, and present results clearly to stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
