This role will focus primarily on <strong>marketing analytics</strong>, with close collaboration with sales analytics and unit economics. The main goal is to support marketing teams with data-driven insights, dashboards, and analysis, while helping improve data consistency and analytical foundations across teams.</p><p style="text-align:left;"><strong>Tech Stack:</strong></p><ul><li><p style="text-align:left;"><strong>Databases & SQL:</strong> Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with analytical databases (e.g. ClickHouse or similar).</p></li><li><p style="text-align:left;"><strong>Dashboarding & BI:</strong> Experience with BI tools for building dashboards and reports (Apache Superset or similar).</p></li><li><p style="text-align:left;"><strong>Web Analytics:</strong> Experience with web analytics tools and website performance analysis (Google Analytics or similar) is a strong plus.</p></li><li><p style="text-align:left;"><strong>Data Modeling (Optional):</strong> Experience with DBT or other data transformation tools is a plus, but not mandatory.</p></li><li><p style="text-align:left;"><strong>Python (Optional):</strong> Python for data analysis or automation is a plus.</p></li></ul><div><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Marketing Analytics:</strong> Analyze marketing performance across channels, including paid acquisition, events, product marketing, and website performance.</p></li><li><p><strong>KPI Tracking & Dashboards:</strong> Build, maintain, and improve dashboards for different marketing teams (performance, product marketing, events, website).</p></li><li><p><strong>Ad-hoc Analysis:</strong> Support marketing stakeholders with ad-hoc analyses, metric investigations, and reporting (e.g. explaining drops in leads or campaign performance).</p></li><li><p><strong>Attribution & Funnels:</strong> Work with acquisition funnels, marketing costs, and attribution models (including multi-touch attribution where applicable).</p></li><li><p><strong>Cross-team Collaboration:</strong> Collaborate closely with Sales Analytics and Unit Economics to ensure consistent definitions, metrics, and data models.</p></li><li><p><strong>Data Quality & Consistency:</strong> Help improve data quality, align metric definitions, and reduce inconsistencies across dashboards and reports.</p></li><li><p><strong>Operational Support:</strong> Support day-to-day analytical needs of marketing teams while contributing to long-term improvements in marketing analytics.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Experience:</strong> 3–6+ years of experience in data analytics, with hands-on experience in marketing analytics.</p></li></ul></div><ul><li><p><strong>SQL:</strong> Strong SQL skills are mandatory.</p></li><li><p><strong>Marketing Domain Knowledge:</strong> Practical experience with marketing metrics, campaign performance analysis, attribution models, or marketing KPI frameworks.</p></li><li><p><strong>Data Visualization:</strong> Experience building clear and actionable dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.</p></li><li><p><strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with marketing stakeholders.</p></li><li><p><strong>Analytical Mindset:</strong> Ability to investigate problems, explain metric changes, and turn data into actionable insights.</p></li><li><p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong> Experience with web analytics, attribution modeling and DBT.</p></li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Remote-first, trust-based culture.</strong> Work from the place that works best for you.
