What you'll do

  • Lead delivery of complex, multi-workstream clinical quality and performance transformation engagements, partnering directly with hospital executive leadership.
  • Own end-to-end workplan execution, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving accountability to achieve measurable clinical quality, operational, and financial outcomes.
  • Leverage EMR and performance data to inform decision-making and drive sustainable workflow change.
  • Lead implementation efforts across quality improvement, patient safety, infection prevention, sepsis, surgical quality, complications, mortality, readmissions, and performance scorecards.
  • Guide hospitals in optimizing performance on national quality and public reporting programs, including CMS Care Compare, and support regulatory readiness and compliance.

What they require

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in acute care or healthcare settings with emphasis on hospital operations, clinical quality, performance improvement, and transformation.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or a closely related field; advanced degree (MPH, MHA, MSN, MBA, or similar) preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale implementation initiatives and partnering with physicians, nursing leaders, and executive teams to drive change.
  • Strong working knowledge of hospital operations, EMR systems, quality metrics, and performance scorecards.
  • Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
