What you'll do

  • Lead the strategic and creative development of integrated social assets and campaigns, leveraging insights that drive engagement, strengthen brand reputation, and deliver measurable business results.
  • Partner closely with clients and cross-functional teams, especially strategy + I&A.
  • Serve as a creative authority on social media execution, platform best practices, and visual formats.
  • Immediately partner on high profile, multi-line deep-tech accounts.
  • Plug directly into the creative team, partnering with cross-functional strategy, copy, and design to act as the driving engine for native social execution.

  • Guide the team on trends and formats that turn complex technical concepts into holistic, engaging programs.
  • Produce impactful, native creative work for niche audiences across digital formats and channels including LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Discord and emerging channels, translating dense technical concepts into engaging visuals, carousels, text posts, and video formats.
  • Lead production workflows across static, motion and low-fi/native video content to humanize deep-tech brands.
  • Consult and advise designers on channel-specific visual guidance, platform aspect ratios, text overlays, and thumb-stopping visual mechanics.
  • Partner with Copywriters to write, refine, and adapt copy across distinct brand personas.
  • Own day-to-day community management across account lines, to drive real-time engagement and build credible technical communities.
  • Handle active moderation to manage client reputational risk, filter bots, and navigate bad-faith engagement in complex industry spaces.
  • Hit the ground running to lead social media operations for an AI client across multiple business divisions.
  • Co-create content calendars and publication schedules across a high-volume output.
  • Continuously optimize creative assets, content distribution, and audience strategies per social performance metrics.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and social trends, bringing actionable ideas and fresh visual formats to brainstorms.
  • Develop briefs and guidelines for all things social.
  • Use AI tools to move fast, scale your human voice, and streamline social workflows.

What they require

  • 5–7+ years of hands-on experience leading audience-first social content creation for B2B tech clients.
  • Deep-tech translator with a track record of humanizing complex subject matter (Frontier tech, cybersecurity, etc.) for specialized tech audiences and industry stakeholders.
  • Proactive, organized leader who can onboard quickly and partner with creative teams to guide social programs on new and existing business without hand-holding.
  • Expert at tailoring distinct brand voices across multiple accounts, shifting from authoritative corporate comms to technical dialogue and smart social banter.
  • Hands-on content creator, with expertise in writing platform-native copy, capturing content, and advising on visual formats, specs and best practices.
  • Active community manager and brand steward who has owned daily audience interaction, conversation moderation, and filtering out bad-faith engagement.
  • Data-Informed creator fluent in social analytics and performance metrics, using insights to refine content formats, distribution cadence, and audience strategy.
  • Socially native: you live online, with deep enthusiasm for tech innovation.
  • Maintain a high bar for creativity, smarts, responsiveness, and communication skills.
