We are looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Engineering, Majors West based in the United States, reporting to our Director, Sales Engineering. You will lead and grow the sales engineering organization for the core portfolio, including the Gen AI market, across the region in the US. You will align closely with GTM Sales Leaders, Product Management, and Engineering to execute strategic solutions and close deals for customers and partners. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience with a proven track record in sales or systems engineering with experience managing and directing a sales engineering team Demonstrated experience in mentoring, coaching, and talent development Technical expertise in cybersecurity and networking Proven ability to communicate value-based selling in a matrixed GTM environment What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience working with Zscaler or competitive solutions Deep understanding of SaaS-based technologies and regulatory compliance Experience teaming with large GTM and Partner Ecosystems in a matrix environment #LI-Remote #LI-AA5 Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
