What you'll do

  • Oversee SMB growth funnel analytics end-to-end: session → lead → demo → opportunity → closed won, segmented by channel/campaign/segment
  • Report efficiency metrics driving spend decisions (CPL, cost per meeting, cost per opportunity, CAC, payback by channel)
  • Monitor funnel velocity and volume to diagnose demand vs conversion issues
  • Maintain single source of truth for funnel definitions to resolve metric discrepancies
  • Identify volume leaks and recommend fixes and channel scaling
  • Forecast inbound pipeline vs marketing spend and rep capacity; flag imbalances
  • Partner with Data & Analytics to model marketing and funnel data in Snowflake
  • Oversee attribution logic and lead source tracking in HubSpot; ensure session capture and source retention
  • Monitor data flow between ad platforms, web analytics, HubSpot, and Snowflake; diagnose tracking/field-mapping failures
  • Build and maintain HubSpot lists, workflows, campaigns, segmentation, triggers, and nurtures
  • Audit and enforce marketing data hygiene: deduplication, enrichment, lifecycle accuracy
  • Own sales distribution and lead routing in RevenueHero; keep routing current
  • Define and maintain lead qualification and scoring with Growth and SDR leadership
  • Monitor distribution health for imbalances and missed assignments
  • Govern SMB pipeline and deal stage architecture for measurable funnel conversion
  • Build automation for reps: stage triggers, task creation, sequence enrollment, deal creation
  • Oversee HubSpot adoption and data quality for SMB Sales; surface gaps and lead RevOps improvements
  • Oversee SMB sales reporting layer: funnel conversion, rep performance, lead source quality; advise on commissions and conversion metrics

What they require

  • 5+ years working hands-on in HubSpot as a power user (build and troubleshoot workflows, routing, pipelines, forms, lists, reporting)
  • 5+ years in revenue operations/marketing operations/growth operations/sales operations at a B2B SaaS company with exposure to demand and sales sides of the funnel
  • Experience leading people or a small team (manages two analysts)
  • Full-funnel analytical range: map channel spend to pipeline and revenue; speak to CAC, conversion, velocity
  • Strong command of UTM strategy, landing page tracking, and attribution methodology
  • Track record owning lead distribution and maintaining routing with a changing sales org
  • History of building and enforcing CRM data quality standards through training and reporting
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales leadership and turning decisions into system configuration
  • Proficiency building sales and marketing dashboards and working with contact/company/deal level data
  • SQL familiarity preferred; experience with BI tools (Omni, Sigma, Looker, Tableau) a plus
  • Preferred: HubSpot certification
  • Bonus: Experience at a dental or healthcare B2B SaaS company
  • Strong preference for candidates in Lehi, Utah or New York, NY
