What you'll do

  • Own compensation philosophy and architecture company-wide, including market positioning, pay ranges, and geographic strategy.
  • Build scalable job architecture, leveling, and banding frameworks for future hiring growth.
  • Run the compensation cycle end to end, including merit, profit sharing, variable compensation, commissions, calendar, modeling, manager enablement, and calibration inputs.
  • Design variable pay structures in partnership with CRO, Finance, and GTM HRBP, including OTE structures and quota frameworks.
  • Own benefits strategy end to end, including plan design, vendor selection, renewal cycles, and annual open enrollment.
  • Build benefits, pay bands, and statutory requirements for EMEA and US growth before international offers are made.
  • Create compensation statements, benefits guides, and manager talking points explaining total rewards.
  • Own HRIS data integrity, workflow automation, and integrations across payroll, benefits, and HR tools.
  • Build reporting infrastructure for attrition, compensation equity, calibration distributions, and other people data used by HRBPs and business leaders.
  • Map and automate manual People Operations processes such as onboarding paperwork, data entry, and approvals.
  • Act as the AI enablement expert for the HR team by finding tools, running pilots, and implementing workflows for compensation modeling, people operations, and data synthesis.
  • Lead the People & Culture team's AI transformation by building practices, comfort, and guardrails for HR adoption.
  • Bring analysis and a point of view to compensation and people data conversations, including pay equity and retention insights.
  • Advise leaders before final decisions on headcount planning, org design, and compensation exceptions.
  • Report to the HR Director, lead a team of two, and work with CRO, Finance, and Senior HRBPs across GTM and Product & Development.

What they require

  • 7+ years in Total Rewards and/or Compensation, with real ownership of People Operations or HRIS.
  • Built or substantially overhauled a job architecture or leveling framework.
  • Led a full compensation review cycle end to end, including merit, bonus, and more.
  • Comfortable owning HRIS as source of truth, including data integrity, workflow automation, and integrations.
  • Fluency with people analytics, including compensation equity, pay bands, attrition, and calibration data.
  • Has built and shipped AI-driven workflows that stuck, with a proven track record implementing AI workflows in an HR/People context and the ability to mentor others toward the same fluency.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Preferred: Experience at a PE-backed or high-growth SaaS company in the $100M–$500M ARR range.
  • Preferred: CCP, CBP, or similar compensation certification.
  • Preferred: EMEA or multi-jurisdiction compensation and benefits experience.
  • Preferred: Experience designing variable pay/OTE frameworks for a GTM organization.
  • Preferred: HRIS implementation or migration experience.
  • Preferred: Experience preparing materials for leadership or a board compensation committee.
  • Preferred: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
