What you'll do

  • Partner with IT, People, and Finance teams to modernize and automate forecasting and planning tools.
  • Define requirements and implement FP&A solutions.
  • Improve the recent migration to the Pigment financial planning system.
  • Standardize and improve AI usage across the FP&A team.
  • Manage the company’s planning process and calendar.
  • Manage corporate-level forecast consolidation.
  • Own the planning calendar and communicate timelines, deliverables, and expectations with planning stakeholders.
  • Own the forecast reconciliation process to monitor business performance.
  • Develop reporting that summarizes data and supports decision-making for senior management, including the CEO, CFO, SVP of Finance, and Board of Directors.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a small team of analysts and associates.
  • Help create and shape a world-class Corporate FP&A team.
  • Partner with departments across the organization to drive operational efficiencies in cross-functional processes and systems.
  • Forecast global budget items such as payroll taxes, benefits, and allocations.

What they require

  • Bachelor’s degree; finance, business, or economics preferred.
  • Preferred: MBA.
  • 5+ years of experience within FP&A or other finance functions.
  • Expert in financial modelling, Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Pigment.
  • Extremely organized with a natural bent towards making sense of mess.
  • Technically competent and curious; likes learning new systems and exploring new tools and technologies.
  • Comfortable building lightweight connectivity, such as Google Sheets plug-ins.
  • Highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to manage challenging stakeholders with varying incentives and needs.
  • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excited by problem solving and able to roll up sleeves with team members to answer a wide array of questions.
  • Creative, highly driven, and skilled at creating structure in uncertain or ambiguous situations within a rapidly growing business.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Detail oriented, comfortable multi-tasking, and has excellent follow through.
  • Process oriented and enjoys creating process and structure where there may be ambiguity.
  • Skilled at finding creative solutions to non-obvious problems.
  • Comfortable working across operational and tactical details as well as vision and strategy discussions.
