What you'll do

  • Build and manage a high-volume portfolio of automated campaigns in Customer.io or similar tools that drive awareness, enrollment, engagement, and retention.
  • Manage data flow and integrations between proprietary systems and marketing platforms with engineering and data teams.
  • Ensure reliability and personalization at scale.
  • Design scalable campaign workflows and automations across email, SMS, print, and landing pages.
  • Maintain compliance, brand alignment, and QA in campaign architecture.
  • Define, run, and evaluate A/B tests.
  • Use Looker and other analytics tools to measure campaign performance, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Execute co-branded marketing programs with payer and provider partners.
  • Maintain collaboration and brand integrity across audiences.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene.
  • Manage segmentation and audience lists.
  • Create documentation and standards for campaign deployment.
  • Collaborate with Enrollment, Brand, and Member Engagement teams to translate strategic goals into technical execution.
  • Reduce friction in communications by simplifying journeys, clarifying messaging, and ensuring members receive timely, supportive information.
  • Own execution, optimization, and ongoing management of lifecycle marketing programs spanning member awareness, enrollment, activation, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
  • Design, build, QA, and maintain cross-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail.
  • Partner with Enrollment Marketing, Member Engagement Marketing, Brand, Product, Engineering, and Data to define data requirements, monitor performance, and translate lifecycle strategies into personalized, scalable member experiences.

What they require

  • 6+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, with a strong focus on marketing automation and data-driven campaign management.
  • Deep familiarity with Customer.io, Iterable, Braze, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, dynamic content, and data integrations via APIs or data pipelines.
  • Comfort collaborating closely with engineering and data partners to solve technical challenges.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-channel programs with high attention to detail and documentation.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance reporting using Looker or similar BI tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience with scaling businesses, fast-paced environments, and startups.
  • Highly analytical and able to use member demographics and provider referral pathways to drive enrollment.
  • Able to translate research and insights into actionable marketing plans.
