What you'll do

  • Define and drive the analytics vision across the casino experience, ensuring complex datasets inform strategic decision-making and long-term growth.
  • Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making, coaching leaders and analysts to deliver clear, executive-level narratives.
  • Set and govern experimentation strategy, establishing standards for rigor, consistency, and measurable business impact.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership, aligning analytical roadmaps with business objectives.
  • Lead advancement of scalable reporting, monitoring, and analytical frameworks to surface performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Data Science, Product, and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate customer behavior and translate insights into recommendations.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team, fostering analytical excellence and accountability.
  • Set and govern experimentation strategy, establishing standards that ensure rigor, consistency, and measurable business impact.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership, aligning analytical roadmaps with evolving business objectives.
  • Lead the advancement of scalable reporting, monitoring, and analytical frameworks that proactively surface performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Data Science, Product, and other stakeholders to evaluate customer behavior, business performance, and growth opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team, fostering analytical excellence, accountability, and growth of future analytical leaders.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of analytics or data science experience, with at least 3 years of direct people management experience, including leading managers or senior analysts.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python, R, SAS, or Matlab.
  • Advanced expertise in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimentation frameworks, with experience guiding development and validation of predictive and analytical models.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex datasets into clear, executive-level insights to influence senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated analytical leadership and strategic curiosity with a track record of identifying transformational opportunities.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python, R, SAS, or Matlab, with the ability to set technical direction and oversee complex analytical architecture.
  • Advanced expertise in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimentation frameworks, with experience guiding development, validation, and adoption of predictive and analytical models.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex datasets into clear, executive-level insights that inform long-term strategy and influence senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated analytical leadership and strategic curiosity, with a track record of identifying transformational opportunities and driving clarity in ambiguous environments.
