What you'll do

  • Translate executive-level strategy, Challenger insights, and economic value narratives into field-ready tools, selling motions, and readiness programs for Capital Sales.
  • Enable Capital Sales to lead CEO, CFO, and executive stakeholder conversations about robotic surgery investment and fleet strategy.
  • Build prescriptive frameworks to clarify cost and risk of inaction and create decision tension.
  • Own execution, governance, and application of ROI and VAC value narratives in live capital deals.
  • Operationalize stage-based capital selling motions from exploration through VAC review, executive alignment, decision, and close.
  • Partner with HEMA, Finance, Capital Sales, and US Marketing to ensure economic narratives are robust and adaptable.
  • Develop insight-led tools and prescriptive decision-support resources to address friction points and objections.
  • Prepare field teams for high-stakes engagements, competitive situations, conferences, and executive forums.
  • Build feedback loops to translate win/loss dynamics and field learning into continuous refinement of insights and tools.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional stakeholders (HEMA, Finance, US Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory) and influence without authority.

What they require

  • A bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive commercial experience in MedTech or healthcare (sales, sales enablement, marketing, strategy, or supporting complex capital products).
  • Deep understanding of hospital capital purchasing dynamics, including VAC processes, budgeting cycles, financial evaluation, and multi-stakeholder decision making.
  • Proven ability to translate commercial strategy into field-ready tools, selling motions, and execution frameworks.
  • Strong executive presence with ability to support and shape high-stakes customer conversations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to synthesize market, customer, and deal-level insights into clear commercial action.
  • This position may require up to 40–50% domestic travel.
