What you'll do

  • Own the lifecycle marketing motion end to end — building the systems that track relationship and account signals over time, and turn that signal into systematic outreach instead of one-off manual effort, from event lead follow-up to automated gifting and stale opportunity re-engagement.
  • Own the early-stage conversion motion — designing and running the systems that move a qualified prospect from first signal to the first meeting and beyond.
  • Act as the connective tissue across the teams that fuel and deliver campaigns — Sales, Content, Digital, Field/Events/Partner, and Corporate Marketing.
  • Identify and prioritize warm signals on target accounts and route it to the right internal owner, so relationships and intent are acted on.
  • Build durable systems and automation, define and report on lifecycle-specific success metrics, and use them to continuously tune the motion.
  • Partner closely with RevOps on the shared infrastructure this motion depends on — lead stage definitions, nurture logic, and routing.

What they require

  • 8+ years of experience of proven experience building lifecycle marketing, ABM, or revenue-marketing motions — someone who has designed the system behind a motion, not just run campaigns on top of one.
  • Strong technical fluency with CRM and enrichment/automation tooling like Clay, with genuine comfort designing multi-step, data-driven sequences end to end.
  • Strong execution instincts — this role ships and measures, not just strategizes.
