Keep reading to learn more. Role Overview This is a client facing position where you will work with our clients and translate requirements to our engineering team. As a Legal Engineer, you will own customer relationships and become a trusted partner, taking the time to understand how each customer works, the challenges they face, and where Newcode can have the greatest impact. As the bridge between our customers and our engineering team, you'll combine legal expertise, product thinking, and customer success to ensure our platform solves real-world problems and continues to evolve based on customer needs. Key Areas: Drive Legal Innovation Partner with customers and Engineering to design and deliver AI-powered solutions that solve real legal challenges. Identify opportunities to improve legal workflows through AI, automation, and process optimization. Translate customer requirements into scalable solutions, optimized prompts, and practical use cases. Document best practices and create reusable playbooks to accelerate future customer implementations. Own the Customer Journey Own the customer relationship from onboarding through long-term adoption and success. Lead onboarding sessions, workshops, and pilot programs to ensure customers realize value quickly. Establish success metrics, monitor customer progress, and proactively address adoption challenges. Partner with Sales to support renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and contribute to long-term customer growth. Identify emerging market opportunities and evolving customer needs to help shape Newcode's product strategy. Build trusted, long-term relationships by acting as a strategic advisor to customers and helping them succeed with AI. Drive Adoption & Strategic Enablement Serve as the voice of the customer within Newcode, ensuring customer insights influence product development and future innovation. Develop a deep understanding of each customer's legal workflows, business objectives, and operational challenges. Recommend and implement AI use cases that align with customer goals and deliver measurable business value. Continuously refine workflows and solutions based on customer feedback, product enhancements, and evolving needs. Gather, prioritize, and communicate customer feedback to Engineering team. Enable customers to maximize the value of Newcode by driving adoption across teams and practice areas. Requirements 5+ years experience as a CSM / Solutions Consultant / Legal Engineer or similar role 5+ years working with law firms as a customer Experience working in a start up JD preferred Interview Process : Stage 1: Screening Call Stage 2: Take Home Assessment Stage 3: Presentation of Take Home Assessment Stage 4: CEO Interview Visa Sponsorship: At this time, Newcode is unable to provide visa sponsorship.
