The company is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel (Commercial) to join a fast-growing fintech organization.
📋 Responsibilities include:
- Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
- Handling cross-border commercial transactions
- Providing strong stakeholder management and commercial judgment
🔑 Requirements / Must-have:
- 10+ years PQE as a qualified lawyer
- Strong in-house commercial legal experience
- Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, financial services, or technology
- Experience handling cross-border commercial transactions
- Strong stakeholder management and commercial judgment
🛠 Nice-to-have / Preferred:
- Experience in digital assets, blockchain, or crypto
- Exposure to UAE/MENA regulations (VARA, DIFC, ADGM, CBUAE)
- Regulatory licensing experience
- LLM or specialization in Financial Regulation
- Arabic language proficiency
