Senior/Lead technical recruiter for full-cycle hiring across Data/ML, Platform, Engineering, Product, and occasional leadership roles. Must have hands-on technical recruiting experience and be based in Eastern Time Zone locations or UTC-3, with applicant requirements listed for Brazil, Canada, and Argentina.

What you'll do

  • Own full-cycle hiring across Data/ML, Platform, and occasional leadership hires and support Product Engineering roles.
  • Partner directly with senior technical and company leadership to define hiring plans, challenge briefs including scope, leveling, and expectations, and operationalize them end-to-end.
  • Implement and maintain structured interview processes, scorecards, and calibration loops.
  • Ensure signal quality and conversions remain high as hiring volume increases.
  • Run high-quality screening that meaningfully predicts success before hiring manager interviews.
  • Map talent across the Americas and Europe, building forward-looking pipelines.
  • Engage passive candidates with clear, tailored messaging rather than generic outreach.
  • Bring market insight on talent availability, compensation, and competition into decision-making.
  • Document and improve recruiting workflows, templates, and playbooks.
  • Contribute to broader Talent initiatives including interviewer training, quality of hire, and process excellence.

What they require

  • Technical recruiting experience in a high-bar environment, with evidence of delivering sustained hiring outcomes over time.
  • Strong hands-on track record; personally research, prospect, interview, and close.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and role nuances well enough to assess early signal credibly.
  • Working knowledge of how to design and run processes that predict success.
  • Stakeholder management skills; can influence without relying on authority.
  • Execution discipline, following through consistently, even on unglamorous work.
  • Structured, systemic thinking, with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous problems.
  • Candidates based in locations in the Eastern Time Zone, such as US East Coast or Toronto, or UTC-3, such as Brazil or Argentina.

Benefits

  • Generous compensation plus stock options aligned with internal framework, market data, and individual skills.
  • Distributed work: work from anywhere, fully remote, in hubs, or a mix.
  • Company-issued laptop.
  • Remote setup stipend.
  • Co-working budget.
  • Flexible schedules and location.
  • Ample paid time off, in addition to local public holidays.
