As a Software Engineer for our client's Edgewise platform, you will join a cutting-edge AI-native development group building cloud-edge software, automation, and optimization applications that help the world's tier-1 cellular network operators improve network performance at scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with a group of talented engineers providing innovative solutions to Cellular Networks problems
- Design and implement complex algorithms
- Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable software systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software problems
- Work in an AI-native engineering environment that uses modern coding agents and spec-driven development to accelerate high-quality delivery
REQUIREMENTS:
- B.
- 6+ years of experience in software development with Java
- Strong experience designing and implementing complex algorithms and software architectures
- Experience working with microservices architecture
- Experience developing large-scale data applications and advanced SQL querying
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI agents) as part of the software development lifecycle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
Technology stack: Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kubernetes, Linux, cloud platforms, SQL/NoSQL databases, Vertica, large-scale data processing, network automation, and AI-assisted development workflows
